HOW DO I WORK OUT MY SIZE?

Order an adjustable ring sizer here and we will post it out to you

Visit a local jeweller and ask them to measure your finger.

If you purchase a ring in the incorrect size and want to resize that ring there will be a £50 re-size fee plus postage.

Some rings cannot be re-sized and we reserve the right to refuse a ring re-sizing.

 

CAN I CUSTOMISE A PIECE?

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN GOLD AND STONES?

Yes! We will need to physically see the pieces to assess whether this is possible but we love to recycle gold and rework stones so send us an email to start the process  info@georgiakemball.com

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Yes. You have 14 days from the delivery date please see our returns and exchange policy here

 

WILL THE GOLD ON MY GOLD VERMEIL (GOLD PLATE) JEWELLERY WEAR OFF?

Yes, it is a semi permanent finish and does eventually wear off, we can offer a replating service, which costs between £30-£80 (excluding postage) depending on the size of the piece, please email info@georgiakemball.com

 

WHY HAS MY JEWELLERY GONE BLACK OR DULL?

Jewellery tarnishes over time and can react with the oils in your skin, you can remedy this with a light buff with a metal polishing cloth or a gentle scrub with some washing-up liquid and a toothbrush.

 

IS GEORGIA KEMBALL JEWELLERY SUSTAINABLE?

We use 100% recycled precious metals.

Everything is made and finished in London either by myself or skilled artisans who are paid above the London living wage

 

ARE GEORGIA KEMBALL DIAMONDS ETHICALLY SOURCED?

All diamonds are bought from a reputable diamond dealers in Hatton Garden, London who follow the Kimberley Process Certification scheme which prevents the trade of diamonds from areas of conflict.

Yes, some exclusions apply so please get in touch if you are unsure.

 

IM ORDERING A SURPRISE GIFT, IS THE PACKAGING DICRETE?

Yes, everything is shipped out in unbranded packaging, however for international shipments we have to describe the item as ‘jewellery’ on the DHL label for custom purposes.
